| The clutch fan puts out so much air that I doubt any old e-fan would be able to match it in performance. If you are having cooling problems, consider going with a new fan clutch (I recommend an Autozone model due to cost). I spent $50 and the result was a clutch that put out a lot more air. If you are still having problems, consider upgrading your radiator as I've heard that the stock one on a TT is barely enough. Also, a custom shroud would need to be made for an e-fan setup. My car was having overheating problems and after replacing everything except for my radiator, it turned out that it was missing the bottom shroud. Without a shrould, the fans draw air up from below and above the radiator instead of through it.
